We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, account information, and content you choose to create within the app, such as journal entries, check ins, relationship reflections, compatibility answers, communication exercises, coping skill inputs, voice input transcripts, and counseling-support tool responses. We may also collect app usage information to help operate and improve the experience.
We use information to provide app features, personalize relationship wellness tools, support journaling and check ins, generate guided reflections, display progress, prepare conversation prompts, create optional voice guidance, and improve the app experience. We do not sell your personal or emotional data to third parties.
Voice input is optional. If you tap Speak, your device may use microphone and speech recognition features to turn your spoken words into text for the app. Narrator audio may use a voice-generation service to create guided support audio from app-approved prompts or text you ask the app to read. You can type instead of using voice at any time.
You’ll See is designed as a relationship wellness and counseling-support app. It may help users organize reflections, practice communication skills, prepare for support conversations, and work on between-session growth exercises. The app does not provide therapy, diagnosis, medical care, legal advice, emergency care, crisis monitoring, or a clinical record system. If you use the app alongside a counselor, therapist, coach, ministry leader, or support provider, that professional remains responsible for their own professional judgment, guidance, documentation, and care decisions.
We use reasonable safeguards designed to help protect information in the app. No app, website, database, or internet-based system can guarantee absolute security. You should avoid entering information that you do not want stored in a relationship wellness app unless you understand how the app is configured and how the information may be used.
Do not treat the app as a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record, clinical record system, or medical documentation platform unless Pathway Guidance Services has confirmed the full compliance setup, including appropriate safeguards, vendor agreements, Business Associate Agreements where required, policies, risk assessment, and legal review. Until then, the app should be understood as a relationship wellness and counseling-support tool, not a replacement for a HIPAA-compliant clinical system.
Base44 hosts app data and provides integrations. Live avatar conversations are processed by Tavus and its configured service providers. ElevenLabs may generate fixed welcome and exercise recordings. Other AI tools may use Base44 integrations or configured AI providers. Provider retention and training settings have not been independently verified for this app; do not assume conversations stay only on your device. Some tools save content in browser storage, which may remain on a shared device. Guided features may process information you enter in order to generate reflections, coping suggestions, communication prompts, intervention-style exercises, affirmations, growth plans, and optional narrator audio. Generated output is for education, reflection, communication support, coping skill support, and personal growth. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, legal advice, crisis support, emergency support, or a replacement for professional judgment. Do not enter emergency situations expecting real-time monitoring or live response.
Account-level restrictions are applied to personal records. The Couple page connects accounts through an invitation tied to the intended partner’s email. Each user explicitly chooses individual items to share, including future edits to the displayed fields. Either participant may disconnect, and the person who shared an item may withdraw it. Revocation prevents future retrieval but cannot recall viewed or saved copies. Shared views refresh periodically. Safety-screen answers and live conversations are excluded; check-ins share ratings only and vision boards share text only. Automatic partner emails and legacy private-data comparisons remain disabled. Information submitted to AI features may still be processed by their service providers.
This app is not monitored 24/7 and is not a crisis service. It should not be used as the main tool during emergencies, abuse, threats, stalking, coercive control, violence, suicidal crisis, mental health crisis, substance use crisis, overdose, or medical emergencies. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. If you are experiencing suicidal crisis, emotional crisis, mental health crisis, or substance use crisis, call or text 988.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by using the in-app Privacy Center or contacting support. Some deletion or export requests may depend on account status, technical limitations, legal requirements, or app configuration.
You’ll See is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We may notify users of significant changes through email, in-app notice, or other reasonable means. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
