Important Safety Notice

You’ll See is a relationship wellness and counseling-support app. It is not emergency care, crisis monitoring, therapy, diagnosis, legal advice, medical advice, or a clinical record system. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For suicidal crisis, emotional crisis, mental health crisis, or substance use crisis, call or text 988.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using You’ll See, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users, including free and premium subscribers.

2. Relationship Wellness and Counseling-Support Purpose

You’ll See provides relationship wellness tools, guided reflection, journaling, check-ins, communication prompts, coping skill practice, compatibility insights, conflict reset tools, and between-session support exercises. The app may help users organize thoughts and prepare for counseling or support conversations. The app itself does not provide therapy, clinical treatment, diagnosis, psychiatric care, medical care, legal advice, emergency care, or crisis monitoring.

3. Professional Support and User Decisions

If you work with a counselor, therapist, coach, ministry leader, or other support provider, that professional remains responsible for their own professional judgment, guidance, care decisions, documentation, and scope of practice. Users are responsible for their own decisions and should seek appropriate professional support when needed. The app should not be used as the sole basis for important relationship, safety, medical, legal, or clinical decisions.

4. HIPAA and Clinical Records Boundary

Do not describe or rely on the app as a HIPAA-compliant therapy platform, electronic health record, clinical record system, or medical documentation tool unless Pathway Guidance Services has separately confirmed the required compliance setup, safeguards, vendor agreements, Business Associate Agreements where required, risk assessment, policies, and legal review. Until that is confirmed, the app should be used as a relationship wellness and counseling-support tool only.

5. AI Tools Disclaimer

AI Coping Skills, AI Intervention Plan, Talk It Out, Relationship Counseling Tools, Compatibility Score, Journal, Reflection, and relationship growth tools provide educational and supportive content. AI output may include coping suggestions, communication prompts, reflection questions, affirmations, relationship growth ideas, and between-session exercises. AI output is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, legal advice, emergency support, crisis monitoring, or a guarantee of relationship success or personal outcomes.

6. Crisis, Abuse, and Safety Limits

The app must not be used as the main tool for emergencies, abuse, threats, stalking, coercive control, violence, sexual violence, self-harm, harm to others, overdose, medical emergencies, or immediate danger. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. If you are experiencing suicidal crisis, emotional crisis, mental health crisis, or substance use crisis, call or text 988. If a conversation is unsafe, stop using the communication tools and seek live support.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you create within the app. You agree not to use the app to harass, threaten, control, stalk, intimidate, exploit, or harm others. You must be 18 or older to use this app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for deciding what information you share with a partner or support provider.

8. Subscription and Billing

Premium purchasing is coming soon. Planned US prices are $12 per week with 5 avatar minutes per paid week, $30 per month with 10 avatar minutes per paid month, or $69 per year for Premium tools with avatar time purchased separately. The yearly price is billed once per year. Included avatar minutes reset each billing period and do not roll over. A 15-minute extra-time pack is planned at $9.99 as a one-time purchase. Sessions may be split to fit the displayed call limit. Your account receives one five-minute free avatar trial; choosing a plan will not reset it. Available plans, features, limits, taxes, and renewal terms will be shown before payment. Subscriptions renew at the selected billing interval until cancelled through the platform where purchased. Refund requests follow that platform’s policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content within You’ll See, including lessons, prompts, exercises, branding, app design, curriculum, and original materials, is the property of Pathway Guidance Services and The You’ll See Movement unless otherwise stated. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pathway Guidance Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from your use of the app. Your use of You’ll See is at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes may be communicated through email, in-app notice, or other reasonable means. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, except where another jurisdiction’s law is required. Any disputes will be handled according to applicable law and these Terms.
